Every package includes your chauffeur, the car and a distance allowance. The rate depends on the car you choose.
- Extra distance is €3 to €4 per km + VAT, depending on the car.
- Waiting time, extra stops and route changes are confirmed with you before they happen.
- A 50% prepayment holds the booking.

Is the chauffeur included in the price?
Yes. A professional KRO chauffeur drives and you travel as a passenger. The chauffeur, the car and the included distance are all part of the package.
Can I book an airport transfer?
Yes. Airport, hotel, business, event and multi-stop transfers can all be requested, subject to availability. Flights are tracked, so your chauffeur is there when you land.
Can you provide several cars for one event?
Yes. KRO coordinates the cars, the chauffeurs, the arrival order, pickups, waiting time and returns, and stays in touch with your planner throughout.
Do you cover weddings?
Yes. We provide chauffeured cars for the couple, the family and guests, covering the civil ceremony, the church, the venue and the photographs.
Do you only work in Bucharest?
No. We cover Ilfov and all of Romania, and other European destinations depending on the schedule. The route and timing are confirmed before you book.
Is VAT included in the prices?
Prices are shown excluding 21% VAT. Your quote lists the price, the VAT and the total before you confirm.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancelling within the last 48 hours before your booking makes the prepayment non-refundable. See the booking terms for the details.
