What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address and phone number, together with the details you choose to share, such as the service, vehicle, date, duration, pickup point and your message.

Why we use it

We use these details only to answer your enquiry, check availability, prepare a quote and arrange the booking you ask for. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, together with your consent to be contacted.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is read by the KRO concierge team. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Card payments are handled by Viva.com on its own systems, and KRO does not store card details.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to handle your request and any booking that follows, and afterwards only where the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies. Visits are measured with privacy-friendly analytics that use no cookies and do not identify individual visitors.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it, by writing to info@kroauto.ro. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP.
